Unless otherwise stated, we offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders over $50 before tax is added. If you are interested in expedited shipping, contact us before placing an order.
Our free shipping includes standard freight shipping for curbside delivery. Freight shipping does not include "white glove" service, inside delivery, delivery to any floors other than the ground floor, or furniture assembly. If you'd like any of these extra services, just contact us before placing an order and we will do whatever we can to accommodate. If an item that you order ships via freight, our shipping partner will call in advance to schedule a delivery window during weekday business hours.
Officially Licensed Items
While most items are available for immediate shipment (within four business days, typically within two), some of our official sports licensed man cave items (NFL, MLB, NCAA, NHL) are custom made to order and therefore have longer lead times. Below are the estimated lead times for those items:

As soon as you place your order you will receive an email confirmation that you are, in fact, as awesome as you think. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will cancel the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days, typically within two) we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order (though most ship within two days). We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided at check out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order confirmation, shoot us an email at email@example.com and we will locate your order.

At Man Cave Authority, we want you to be extremely satisfied with your purchase, and if for some reason you are not, we want to help remedy the situation. If, within two weeks of purchase you want to return an unused item, we will gladly take it back and more than likely, add it to our own personal Man Caves. Returns must come with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us to obtain an RMA. All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee as long as the item has not shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
Your new Man Cave improvement doesn’t fit because you estimated using your wingspan instead of a tape measure? No worries, we all do it. If you would like to exchange an item due to size or fit, we will do our very best to work with you and make it happen. Within two weeks of your purchase, please let us know you would like to exchange and we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once we receive the unused item, we will send out the replacement, and even ship the exchange item free to you.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos to email@example.com. While we encourage DIY projects, we don’t believe insurance claims should be one of them. This is why we will process an insurance claim on your behalf!
