Returns
At Man Cave Authority, we want you to be extremely satisfied with your purchase, and if for some reason you are not, we want to help remedy the situation. If, within two weeks of purchase you want to return an unused item, we will gladly take it back and more than likely, add it to our own personal Man Caves. Returns must come with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please email returns@mancaveauthority.com or call us to obtain an RMA. All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee as long as the item has not shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
Exchanges
Your new Man Cave improvement doesn’t fit because you estimated using your wingspan instead of a tape measure? No worries, we all do it. If you would like to exchange an item due to size or fit, we will do our very best to work with you and make it happen. Within two weeks of your purchase, please let us know you would like to exchange and we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once we receive the unused item, we will send out the replacement, and even ship the exchange item free to you.
Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos to returns@mancaveauthority.com. While we encourage DIY projects, we don’t believe insurance claims should be one of them. This is why we will process an insurance claim on your behalf!
